Major Development!

Well, we have a crawler! At seven and a half months, Amare is crawling all over the place leaving his parents scrambling to baby proof the house. He's also pulling himself up to a standing position using anything he can--his Peek-A-Boo Elmo toy, his crib, the coffee table, etc. He started crawling and pulling himself up to a standing position just this week at the same time. I think he is pretty proud of himself!

We had a successful trip back to New Jersey and all had a great time visiting with friends and family. Gyasi and I took Amare to the zoo for the first time yesterday and he loved it! He had a great time looking around at all of the animals and exhibits. He finally crashed for a nap at the end of the day but was awake for 85% of the trip. Gyasi loved showing him all of the animals that he used to work with.
