So it's been about a month since I've posted--where does the time go?? I can tell you that Gyasi and I are both exhausted from chasing this kid around. He is super fast and can be halfway up the stairs before you blink an eye. We're working on tracking down gates that fit our awkward sized staircase (that's today's project) because it is too stressful knowing he is seconds away from the second story of the house!
So what is our favorite two-and-a-half foot friend up to these days? Well, he's very into jumping on the couch, eating Cheerios, trying to drink out of your cup, ripping up magazines, and desperately trying to eat more table food (he's bored with baby food now). He can walk behind his push toy and cruises around the couch constantly. He's definitaely a rough and tumble boy. Amare has an amazing personality--very outgoing and happy go lucky, although he's starting to show that he knows how to throw a temper tantrum. He hates diaper changes and throws himself all over the changing table to wiggle out of them. He also hates having his nose wiped. He's still battling the ear infections and we have an appointment with a specialist to talk about tubes.

Weight: 21 lbs.
Head: 18 and 3/4 inches
